Blkcity Ik-keem (espresso ice cream recipe)

Blkcity Ik-Keem Short-hand Recipe: 

Based on Bigger Bolder Baking ice cream recipe (she's a GD genius): 

Here's my little tweak: 

Makes about 500g of ik-keem

  • 225ml of Heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 200ml of sweetened condensed milk chilled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract with alcohol 
  • double-dosed, but single shot espresso chilled 
  • some finely ground coffee grounds to mix in and garnish (to taste)
