I really appreciate you being so transparent about pricing and everything! I am in the middle of launching my roaster business and I have the same MCR1 as you! Actually heading to Mill City for the 101 training! But I just wanted to say don’t quit you help so many others just get through this crazy world and love what your doing and stand for as a new Roaster well not that new! I just wanted to say thank you to you. Been roasting for many years, procured a secondhand roaster (got lucky) from this guy in my parents’ neighborhood – I was just driving around and he had his garage open and there it was. Anyway, I’m just starting out with my shop (los Compas Coffee) online. I work as an educator at an alternative high school and I’m growing my business to raise money for teen entrepreneur scholarships, and also to teach kids about small business. Your posts have been great for me to learn about what other equipment I need to get started.
