Roasted whole bean coffee. This single-origin coffee is from El Salvador in the Departamento de Usulutan. This cup is full of body and tastes quite sweet. The process is natural or “dry” which means they let the coffee cherry ferment without any water and dry out naturally and then husking them afterward. Typical natural coffees like this are sweeter, rather than brighter in the cup.
