VENTING 

Smaller pipes are 3”

Transition piece is 3” to 6”

Larger pipes are 6”

*2020 Update: I went ahead and upgraded to the Mill City Vent kit, however, I do think it's still totally okay to DIY as long as you "cut to their specs" 

Also the installation of the vent kit wasn't the easiest, you'll need alot of muscle to get those clamps down.

Hey there!

I see you have 3” / 6” as well as the transition piece for the venting, but could you give me the measurements of each individual piece you have? I can’t seem to find that info on the MC website. Thanks!

Hi Meg! We’ve been following your you tube channel and enjoying your reviews and process. I have a question to ask – how difficulty (or easy) was it to transition from the Hottop to the Mill City roaster? Once you honed in on your roasts with the Hottop, was it easy to translate that to a larger gas setup, particularly with using the artisan program? Thanks!!
